We got straight to work in Math this morning and started learning about multiples.
A multiple is a number that contains another number many times.
Ex: The first 10 multiples of 5: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50
We then chose the number 20, and discussed, "20 is a multiple of which numbers?" and had to explain HOW we knew.
We will continue learning about multiples in class next week.
After reading, we corrected one sentence from our "On corrige" booklet and then we spent the last part of our morning together discussing how Knights are Learners (les apprenants), the last category of our three classroom beliefs. Now that we have reviewed all of our ideas as a class, Mme will combine all of our thoughts and create classroom belief statements for us to review and sign next week.
